Yes. You must register with Honeynut.in using a valid email-id and delivery address before shopping and your order value needs to be at least of Rs.999/- to avail free delivery option.
Q. What areas in Hyderabad do you deliver at? And are the rates the same?
We deliver to most parts of Hyderabad. The rates remain the same anywhere and everywhere in Hyderabad! If your pin code is not being accepted by the website, then your area is still not in the list of the areas being delivered.

You can browse our virtual aisles to check out the corresponding products. In addition, you can also use the Search bar to initiate a keyword search for any product.
Q. How do I shop at honeynut.in Order Online?
Start browsing our by using the menu bar to navigate and Click on the product image to see it in detail. Select the Size and the Quantity and click 'Add'.
If you are in a rush; Select the 'Re order' option in your account and you can see your past orders and you can quickly re-order!
Order by Call:
Call us to order the items you want to purchase with us. If you are a first time user, provide us with your email-id, name and contact number you will be registered automatically. If you are a registered user, mention the email-id used for registration & your shipping address. Your order will be delivered as per your selected delivery slot.
You need to be registered with us to place an order. You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Once you are done shopping, review your cart. You can either 'Continue Shopping' if you forgot to add something or you can 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Chose a day & time slot you want your delivery and click "Payment Mode" We deliver from 7 am till 10 pm. For cakes and bouquets we have midnight delivery at 12pm. We offer free home delivery on all orders above 999.

You can choose to pay online through your Credit/Debit Card OR Net Banking . You can also pay once you receive delivery by cash OR Credit/Debit Card. If you do have a e wallet/E-coupons/Sodexo Coupons please enter the value you wish to use for an order before you confirm order.

Q. Is there a way to look through my past shopping bills? Can I use my past orders to make a new one?
Go to 'My Accounts' and you will see you past order history. Check/ uncheck what you need and order. You can also add more products by browsing our 'Aisles' to complete the order.
Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you select confirm, your order is immediately processed internally and you receive a confirmation mail on the email address associated with your account & also an sms to the registered number will be delivered. In this SMS/mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. HN49840101) , a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
Q. Why do I get a pop-up 'maximum permissible quantity is …'?
We are a consumer centric business purely. In order to avoid fraudulent use of our services; we have set a maximum permissible quantity for a single order. We also have limits for special offers we run from time to time.
Q. Can I make changes to my shopping bag before or after placing an order?
Before: Yes, till you haven't confirmed the order, items will remain in your shopping cart. You can simply add/remove items from the shopping cart by clicking the 'Delete' to remove items or, 'Add' to add items.
After: If you have confirmed an order and need to change it you can mail us or call our customer care on 9966885676 and we will make the changes for you.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
Honeynut provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is INR 999 or more for normal delivery times. Honeynut charges INR 40 for orders below that price.

We deliver between the below time frames & Monday – Sunday all across Hyderabad. Simply, select any of the delivery options most comfortable for you-

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Q. What happens if you're late?
We make sure that all our orders reach on time. However, if we are going to be a few minutes late due to traffic density, we will call you and inform you.
Q. Will you drop-off my groceries in front of my home or to my neighbour in case I am not home?
In case you are not at home, we will deliver to your neighbour's place or any office (gated community) if we have received this instruction by you on call or by a mention on the 'instruction' section on the order form. If the order is cash/card on delivery, we will be collecting the same from your neighbour.
Q. Can I change my delivery slot & time?
Yes, you can change your delivery slot & time by Contacting our Customer Care. We will not be able to reschedule orders that have already been shipped out by us.

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received, you can return it with our delivery person at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the time of delivery.
Q. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
If a part of the order is returned back then the amount will be refunded to you via ewallet to use as store credit for any forthcoming purchases. If the whole order is cancelled than the amount will be credited back to the bank account used for the transaction. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue. There are 2 types of vouchers issues by Sodexo – Sodexo Meal Pass and Sodexo Gift Pass. We only accept Sodexo Meal Pass. If you would like to use Sodexo against an order, you may do so based on the following criteria:
A. Exact amount in Sodexo coupons have to be presented at time of delivery to our delivery staff
B. For example, if your bill is Rs 950 and you chose to pay Rs 1000 in the form of Sodexo vouchers you will not receive Rs 50 back.

You can only use a single e-coupon per order. Combination use of 2 or more different types will not work.
